Systems Integrator- Expert

Nightwing is seeking a senior operations and technical manager to serve as Referent to NEMC and act as the primary liaison between Customer mission support entities.

• Track communications, disseminate items that require attention and coordination.
• Assist in addressing readiness issues impacting the client mission.
• Continuously update the client SharePoint site and maintain other database activities.
• Submit requests for PCS arrivals and departures, and support the onboarding of new personnel.
• Provide periodic briefings on the status of readiness efforts, including equipment orders and shipments.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics resources for support.
• Perform calendar management for client leadership and serve as a backup when required.
• Set up meetings, create agendas, arrange off‑site sessions, and take/publish professional meeting minutes.
• Order and ship materials domestically and internationally.
• Leverage MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.) and web products such as SharePoint, Wikis, and databases.

• Minimum 11+ years of experience in technical or operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field (equivalent experience may substitute).
• TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph on day one; eligible for crossover.
• ITIL certification; PMP certification is desired.

• Military and/or former staff experience.
• Senior operations and technical management experience.
• Domestic and overseas IT, telecommunications, and security experience.
• Field communications knowledge.
• Experience with OCONUS travel.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain weapons certification if required.
• Proficiency in tactical communications and equipment handling.
• Ability to work with client databases, including assigning actions, responding to messages, and creating posts.
• Familiarity with client policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Knowledge of client communication and messaging systems.
• Understanding of field IT issues and general project management processes.
