Job Description Why This Role Matters
This role plays a key part in helping the business make smarter, data‑driven decisions. You’ll influence how Sallie collects, manages, and uses digital data—while enabling teams across the organization to get more value from their digital experiences.
Role Overview- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital analytics tools and data
- Coach and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and best practices
- Support and improve digital data capture strategies across websites and mobile apps
- Implement and manage data collection to support reporting and business insights
- Partner with analytics, marketing, and development teams to identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Help create and maintain best practices, playbooks, and documentation to support training and knowledge sharing
- Maintain a clean and scalable tag management environment, including auditing and retiring outdated tags

- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with digital analytics, A/B testing, and data capture
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience with tag management platforms (TMS) such as Tealium, Adobe Tags, or Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with web testing and optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, including debugging and testing in browser developer tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights using tools like Power BI, SQL, SAS
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certification
