Junior System Administrator

As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise‑level servers, storage, and networked peripherals while ensuring security and reliability.

• Install and configure enterprise servers, appliances, storage systems, and peripheral devices.
• Manage system resources, monitor performance, and back up data with recovery procedures.
• Write and modify scripts to resolve system issues.
• Maintain network and server security through application security, anti‑virus, and user account management.
• Assist in troubleshooting production system problems and respond to IT‑related security incidents.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and applicable regulations.

• Experience with Windows systems administration and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Basic Linux fundamentals; willingness to learn Red Hat.
• Strong customer‑relations, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, coach, and mentor desktop technicians.
• Microsoft Certified Administrator or similar systems administration certification preferred.
