** What You'll Contribute*
* The Technology Operations Engineer II will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems and infrastructure.

** What You'll Do*
* + Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.

+ Monitor the performance and availability of technology systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.

+ Participate in technology projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing activities.

+ Contribute to the development and enforcement of technology operations policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure operations.

+ Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting technology issues and escalating problems as needed.

** What you have*
* Minimum:
Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.

+ Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.

+ Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for technology operations.

+

Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technology issues effectively.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred:
Indicate "nice to haves" regarding education, skills, and experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

+ 3 years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.

+

Experience with Apple devices, Apple operating systems, JAMF and Cloud Computing.
