We’re looking for a Part-Time
Service Technician to support our kiosk systems and related technologies across the U.S. Join us during an exciting phase of growth as we expand our technology stack and embrace data-driven solutions.
- Repair and maintain Embross systems (kiosks) on-site.
- Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Level 3 Support teams.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams; deliver customer-focused service.
- Identify process improvements and provide training when needed.
- 1–3 years in field service or technical support roles involving kiosk systems, ATMs, POS or similar embedded devices and systems
- Knowledge of PC networking (TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows server and workstation environments
- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement
- Familiarity and proficiency with hand tools required for support including Torx drivers, nut drivers, screwdrivers
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., airports, public terminals) with attention to compliance and safety
- Proven ability to work independently with remote assistance as required
- Strong customer service skills and accountability
