What You’ll ContributeThe Technology Operations Engineer II will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
- Monitor the performance and availability of technology systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Participate in technology projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing activities.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of technology operations policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure operations.
- Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting technology issues and escalating problems as needed.
- Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for technology operations.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technology issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.
- Experience with Apple devices, Apple operating systems, JAMF and cloud computing.
