Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
Role OverviewThis role provides technical support to end users on a variety of issues. The position involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The ideal candidate will respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support, ensuring that all issues are documented, tracked, and monitored for timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to end users on a variety of technical issues.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Work under immediate supervision.
- Rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform job functions.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related area may be required.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field.
