The CNI Electronics Technician II performs all aspects of CNI programs and provides expert guidance on CNI issues.

The technician supports U.S. Department of State CNI requirements in multiple overseas theaters in potentially high‑threat environments.

During overseas deployments, the technician may be required to rotate between theaters and to multiple locations within each theater.

They will demonstrate broad knowledge of CNI through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.

They will apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the area of specialization.

They will provide guidance on CNI issues and demonstrate proficiency in CNI concepts, practices, and procedures.

Clearance requirements and certifications must be obtained or maintained through the duration of employment.

Likely hourly rate ranges between $47.00 – $63.58. Final salary is set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
