Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required. On-site position. Must have Sec+ or better.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills- 10 years Service Now experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
- Must possess Service Now Certifications
- Demonstrated expertise as a senior Service Now engineer delivering similar scope projects
- Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
- Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- STEM degree
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. App Dynamics, Dyna Trace)
- Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
- Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
- Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, Team Work Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
