SIGINT Operator; P4

Nightwing is a newly independent company providing advanced cyber and intelligence services. An immediate opening for Technical Specialists – SIGINT Operators is available in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

As a Technical Specialist – SIGINT Operator, you will conduct technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations, providing critical intelligence to national security missions. Duties will include operating collection equipment, analyzing gathered signals, and collaborating with a team of specialists.

• Conduct technical SIGINT collection operations (ground or air).
• Operate and maintain SIGINT collection equipment.
• Analyze collected signals and provide actionable intelligence.
• Work collaboratively in a small operations team.
• Provide shift work support as required.

• Minimum TS/SCI with Full Star Polygraph clearance.
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Military background or equivalent operations experience.

• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Background in SIGINT collection.
• Experience working in an Operations Center.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team.
• Technical competency in at least one of the following fields: SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting, ELINT Collection/Analysis, Electronic Warfare, Cryptologic Linguist, Radio Operations, Cyber Security, Network Engineering/Security, Information Technology, HAM Operations and certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree.

• Army: 35S, 35N, 35P
• Navy: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
• Air Force: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3

Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph on day one of employment and be eligible for crossover.
