• Client Consulting & Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients throughout the project lifecycle. Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Analyze current-state business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions. Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements. Present recommendations and solution strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Solution Design Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing platform best practices. Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation. Recommend and design solutions utilizing:
  Sales Cloud Service Cloud Data Cloud (preferred) CRM Analytics (preferred) Partner closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers throughout implementation efforts.
• Financial Services Expertise Apply industry knowledge to support business processes including:
  Client onboarding Know Your Customer (KYC) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Commercial Banking Wealth Management Lending and Capital Markets Project Delivery Support Agile software delivery practices. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and demonstrations. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide post-production optimization and continuous improvement recommendations.

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• 3+ years supporting Financial Services organizations.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive presentations.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer journey design.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following preferred:
  Information Systems
• Business Finance
• Computer Science
• Related discipline
