Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Team Member to join our Bridges SI Service Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Integrated AV systems at customer sites, performing maintenance, and providing hardware and software updates as needed. You will also be required to read and interpret system flow drawings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, vision, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Diagnose/resolve AV hardware & software issues
- Perform system tests, QA, and site surveys
- Complete AV/IT terminations & basic network setup
- Able to read and comprehend drawings, diagrams, and system flows
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of installed AV systems
- Conduct end-user training of equipment functionality and system usage

Responsibilities- Diagnose/resolve AV hardware & software issues
- Perform system tests, QA, and site surveys
- Support/operate AV & VTC equipment; train users
- Complete AV/IT terminations & basic network setup
- Connect/configure devices via IP/serial Load/adjust DSP & control system files
- Audio system setup; advanced video alignment
- Able to read and comprehend drawings, diagrams, and system flows
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of installed AV systems
- Conduct end-user training of equipment functionality and system usage
- Excellent communication & customer interaction
- Highly organized; handles multiple tasks well
- Proficient with presentation & VTC setups
- Skilled in configuring/integrating complex AV systems
- Works well in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving
- Recognizes major AV brands/equipment by sight

Requirements- Seven years or more of combined experience in System Integration, AV / VTC Installation, or site support
- CTS certification is preferred (or equivalent)
- Completed industry training classes from one or more of the following AMX, Crestron, Barco, Biamp, Extron or QSC
