Software Engineer; Ci Polygraph

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (CI POLYGRAPH REQUIRED)

North Hill Technology Resources has a need for an a Software Developer to support a Federal Program in Sterling, VA
. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator.

An active TS/SCI Clearance and CI Polygraph is required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• At a minimum, meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
• Expertise working developing software/scripting to support Continuous
• Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or Dev Sec Ops  on iterative development projects
• Solid ability to demonstrate solid software engineering rigor
• Demonstrated experience with system testing and validation
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
• Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies
• Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
• Developing integration interfaces using Python, Power Shell, and Groovy
• Experience and comfortability with Basic Dev Ops Tooling (Ansible, Terraform,
• Jenkins, Git Lab, Active Directory, IdAM, and LDAP)
• Familiarity with Containerized Development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes)
• Expertise with creating robust test plans
• Ability to quickly get familiar with customer system security requirements and processes
• Preparation and maintenance of system components
• Experience with API Gateways, catalogs

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) infrastructure and tools
• Experience with Cloud solution optimization
• Experience configuring and instrumenting Virtualization tools (Grafana, Splunk)
• Experience with Service Now
• Other Cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)
• Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
• Assist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical
• understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
• SharePoint admin systems engineering experience
• IBM Enterprise Lifcycle Management systems engineering experience
• Team Work Cloud/Cameo systems engineering experience
• Tableau systems engineering experience
