• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non‑critical equipment.
• Operate and maintain HVAC components, plumbing, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems such as fire alarm, duress, card access, and CCTV.
• Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise all electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment, ensuring compliance with change‑control procedures.
• Schedule, develop, and conduct quality assurance for preventive and contracted maintenance, and general maintenance.
• Execute all work in strict accordance with MOP/SOP/ERP procedures and maintenance work instructions.
• Operate and monitor critical and non‑critical system equipment and components; oversee work efforts of third‑party contractors for safe and compliant operation.
• Disable and enable fire alarm control panels and systems as required.
• Receive and execute work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance on critical systems and building physical structure; consult with the Facility Manager or Lead CFT to order necessary materials; finalize documentation in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure) and customer concerns.
• Monitor building operations and tour properties periodically during scheduled shifts.
• Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of all electrical systems.
• Evaluate, assign, and monitor the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures of employees and contractors.
• Develop and communicate continuous improvement processes to enhance ADC’s operations.

• High school diploma and 3–5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician.
• Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred.
• Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hours).
• Shifts may require day/night/weekend/holiday work.

• $40 /hr. – $45 /hr.
