JOB SUMMARYManage ‘Invest’ and ‘Enhance’ client interactions and expectations surrounding long term planning and high-level value-added services. Responsible for client retention, annual increases, and enhancement penetration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field
Experience
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Extensive knowledge of regional plant life Field Experience
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable field experience with project estimating or design-build work
- Strong estimation background, with working knowledge of construction/installation & irrigation
- Familiar with commercial landscape equipment and their functions License or Certification
- As required by state and federal law
- Valid driver license issued by the state where employed
- PMP preferred
Specialized Skills
- Strong customer service skills, with internal and external clients
- Effective oral and written communication
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings
- Experience working the commercial property managers, vendors, consultants and architects a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines
- Organizational skills
- Flexibility
- Advanced presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Sales Force, Microsoft Office Suite, and Project Management Software
- Intermediate to advanced experience using design software, including Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Pro Landscape
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule format
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to speak effectively before employees and clients
