Manage ‘Invest’ and ‘Enhance’ client interactions and expectations surrounding long term planning and high-level value-added services. Responsible for client retention, annual increases, and enhancement penetration.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field

Experience

• At least 5 years related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life Field Experience
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable field experience with project estimating or design-build work
• Strong estimation background, with working knowledge of construction/installation & irrigation
• Familiar with commercial landscape equipment and their functions License or Certification
• As required by state and federal law
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed
• PMP preferred

Specialized Skills

• Strong customer service skills, with internal and external clients
• Effective oral and written communication
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings
• Experience working the commercial property managers, vendors, consultants and architects a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines
• Organizational skills
• Flexibility
• Advanced presentation skills
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Sales Force, Microsoft Office Suite, and Project Management Software
• Intermediate to advanced experience using design software, including Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Pro Landscape
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule format
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Ability to speak effectively before employees and clients
