Candidate profile Required- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven operations management experience
- Consistent customer service skills and business acumen
- Comfort learning and using point‑of‑sale software
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
- HVAC/R industry experience or formal training
- Background in wholesale distribution — order fulfillment, inventory control, showroom merchandising, shipping/receiving, or branch sales
