We are working with a growing general contractor in Sterling that has built a strong reputation delivering projects across healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
They’re now expanding into mission critical and data center work, backed by an established business and experienced leadership team.
They’re now looking to bring on a Data Center Project Executive to support this expansion.
What you'll be doing:Leading the growth of the data center and mission critical business line
Developing and driving a strategy focused on hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients
Building and maintaining relationships with owners, developers, and design partners
Acting as the main point of contact for key clients
Leading pursuits, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations
Overseeing preconstruction and construction of data center projects
Ensuring projects meet key requirements around phasing, commissioning, and uptime
Working closely with leadership to shape market approach and project pipeline
Building and developing teams to support growth in this area
What we're looking for:Strong experience delivering data center or mission critical projects
Background working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clients
Experience in a senior leadership role within construction
Consistent track record of delivering high-quality work and developing trusted client relationships
Strong understanding of data center delivery, including commissioning and uptime requirements
Ability to lead both strategy and day to day project delivery
Comfortable establishing and scaling new business lines
