Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Role Overview
Role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, pipeline issues, electrical equipment, and related components; investigating customer concerns regarding fuel systems maintenance; diagnosing problems using test equipment, specifications, and blueprints; and maintaining safety and maintenance records.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair the above-mentioned equipment as well as pipeline issues, electrical equipment, motors, switch gears, and lighting.
- Investigate and adjust customer complaints and concerns regarding fuel systems maintenance.
- Diagnose problems using test equipment, statistical data, equipment history, manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain related components such as pumps, valves, vessels, hydrant pits, gauges, switches, motors, lights, heaters, meters, hoses, hydrant vehicles, etc.
- Follow Company and departmental safety policies and procedures; maintain records relating to maintenance.
- Support Quality Control Technician and Fuel Farm Operators.
- Able to meet the Station’s attendance standards. Other duties as assigned.

- Be fully versed in International Aviation Safety and Security standards and promote them within the organization.
- Co-operate with management to comply with legal requirements imposed on the company.

- Inform management of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety.
- Report hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to management and follow established procedures.
- Carry out work in accordance with provided information and training, and any specific health and safety rules.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
