About TUALCOM
TUALCOM specializes in the design and manufacturing of high‑tech RF navigation and communication systems. As a global leader in commercial off‑the‑shelf products, we offer unmatched performance in size, weight, and cost. Our clients span defense, law enforcement, and civil sectors worldwide. As our U.S. operations grow to meet increasing demand, we are establishing a domestic production line and are seeking skilled Electronics Assembly Technicians to help drive this critical phase of expansion.
Position OverviewAs an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play an important role in building subassemblies and complete products to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a mastery in hands‑on electromechanical assembly and wiring, using the relevant tools and equipment. You will have a proven record of maintaining uncompromised quality while working efficiently to maximize output capacity to meet demand.
WhatYou Will Do
In this role, you will support the assembly, repair, inspection and documentation of electronic and electromechanical products. You will work from technical drawings and work instructions to assemble boards, devices, cable harnesses and related components, using practical skills such as soldering, bonding and fastening.
You will also perform repairs on PCBs, electronic cabinets and electromechanical assemblies, while completing in‑process and final inspections to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Alongside the hands‑on production work, you will maintain accurate records, mark products for traceability, keep your workstation clean and organized, and support inventory activities by monitoring parts, materials and inventory levels. You will work efficiently to help meet daily and weekly production targets, including periods of increased demand.
What TUALCOM looks for in an Electronics Assembly TechnicianWe are looking for someone with practical experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing or a similar technical environment.
You should be confident with soldering, wiring, mechanical assembly and rework, including through‑hole and SMT soldering. You will also need to read technical drawings, schematics and work instructions, and use tools such as soldering irons, multimeters, microscopes, hot air tools and ESD‑safe equipment.
You will bring strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity and the ability to work accurately on fine‑pitch components. You should be comfortable working independently, while also collaborating with engineers, quality teams and production coworkers to solve assembly issues.
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Electronics, Mechatronics or similar technical training would be beneficial. Experience with IPC standards, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, ISO 9001, AS9100, aerospace, defense, medical devices or automotive electronics would be a plus.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, as this is not something we can offer. This role will involve lifting objects up to 25 lbs, sitting or standing for extended periods, and will need you to perform repetitive hands‑on tasks.
Benefits- Be part of a high‑performing, mission‑driven team.
- Access professional development and training (e.g., IPC certification).
- Gain opportunities for career growth in a fast‑scaling operation.
If you’ve got the technical know‑how, steady hands, and drive to be part of a high‑performing team, this is your chance to make a real impact on projects that matter. We’ll back you with training, development, and the opportunity to grow with a company that’s making its mark globally.
If you're a passionate technician who takes pride in precision manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
