• Experienced sheet metal fabricator looking to grow in a dynamic company
• Strong multitasking, organization, self‑motivation, cooperation, and collaboration skills

• Manufacture and fabricate metal products per customer specifications
• Accurately follow blueprints
• Set up and operate the CNC press brake
• Form sheet metal through folding, rolling, etc.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and production orders are met
• Maintain consistent finished quality of each item
• Provide support to the sheet metal department as directed by the shop foreman
• Provide overall manufacturing support as requested

• High school diploma or vocational training (preferred but not required)
• 1‑2 years experience as a sheet metal fabricator (preferred but not required)
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks; prioritize; meet deadlines
• Ability to follow directions and read engineering drawings and work instructions
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude, and ability to create sheet metal layouts
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software programs
• Knowledgeable in setting up/operating CNC press brake
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand for a full 8‑hour shift
