Kitting Operations Technician

Sparks Group has partnered with a global aviation company seeking a kitting operations technician for a contract to hire opportunity. If you have 3 years of prior production experience this is the ideal role for you.

• Engage in kitting operation using company guidelines, technical data and following the quality system ensuring compliance with Airbus Canada and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure individual parts documentation is accurate and bill of material received matched the manufacturer's technical data.
• Participate in the registration and understanding of appropriate technical data following agreement with the Kitting Operations Supervisor.
• Participates in annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training as recommended by the Quality department and/or management.

• 3 years prior production experience
• Manufacturer training certification preferred
• Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
• Ability to understand and comply with Company Management System (CMS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SAP Savvy
• Ability to pass a background check
