Material Control Spec I
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the movement of materials from receipt at the warehouse to production. Duties may include developing raw material requirements and scheduling requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules, as well as planning and managing material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
ImpactThe position involves achieving day-to-day objectives consisting of tasks that are routine or well-defined, with specific instructions. Work is closely supervised.
ComplexityThe role involves resolving routine problems and issues with clearly prescribed solutions. It requires following a well-established and familiar set of activities and processes to derive solutions.
CommunicationThe position requires communication with peers to obtain or provide information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Leadership & Talent ManagementThe role requires a moderate understanding of job requirements.
Typical Education & ExperienceThis position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than one year of prior relevant experience.
