6 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Sterling Plant; 22445 Sous Vide Lane, Sterling, VA 20166

• Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain the operating condition of production and processing machinery and surrounding equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robotics, motors, pumps, conveyor systems, cooking equipment et cetera.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning components of processing equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and manufacturer’s maintenance manuals to determine proper operation.
• Maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for machinery in the facility.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records, work orders and task records.
• Execute all Lockout‑Tag‑Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Apply good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of control systems.
• Execute effective troubleshooting and systematically diagnose mechanical or electrical problems.
• Set up, start‑up, adjust and operate equipment; properly shut down and change over as required by company standards to minimize downtime.
