Galilee United Methodist Church in Sterling, VA is seeking a part-time Director of Children’s Ministry to lead birth through 6th grade programs and volunteer teams. The role partners with the Pastor to advance faith formation, family engagement, and safe, welcoming ministry environments.
The DCM recruits and trains volunteers, oversees nursery staff, and ensures compliance with Safe Sanctuary policies, while maintaining the ministry budget and records.
