Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT Float- 30 Hrs - MC Sterling, VA

All Minute Clinic positions are safety sensitive.

• Utilize advanced clinical expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor vital signs, evaluate complex patient conditions, and document treatment responses.
• Perform routine assessments for patient health and well-being.
• Manage patient access to healthcare, connect with community resources, and conduct medication reviews.
• Develop and administer mental health assessments, screen for depression, and evaluate mood and behavior.
• Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Variable, 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, working 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend Environment:
In-person, patient-facing role
