• Actively engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge and fulfill licensing requirements.
• Follow safe work practices in line with state regulations, OSHA guidelines, and ensure the use of necessary safety equipment while performing duties.
• Operate a backpack blower (weighing up to 65 pounds) in hot and humid conditions, often across uneven terrain.
• Address basic customer inquiries and requests, and inform the owner(s) of any complaints or issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Accurately complete job documentation in a timely manner.
• Spend most of your day working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safely drive a company owned vehicle and ensure it, along with all other equipment, remains clean and well-maintained.
• Engage in frequent physical activity, including walking, crouching, and moving around outdoors.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet weekly duties, including occasional weekend hours.
• Able to walk for extended periods with a 65 lb. backpack.
• Comfortable wearing protective gear and a uniform.

• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and fully participate in paid training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay:
  After your paid period of training, the position will transition to a commission-based compensation structure with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate.

• License/Certification:
  Driver's License (Required) with a minimum 3 year driving experience outside of permit and must meet insurance eligibility requirements.
