Position Overview
Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. This role will ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer quality expectations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Lead daily QA/QC operations and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop and improve SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation.
- Support USDA, FDA, customer, and third-party audits.
- Maintain HACCP plans, BRC/GFSI documentation, and food safety programs.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues.
- Manage QA team schedules, training, and performance.
- Monitor production processes, raw materials, and finished goods quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field preferred.
- 2+ years managing QA/QC teams.
- Experience in food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, GFSI, USDA, and FDA requirements.
- Experience with audits and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
