The Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA/QC operations to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Based in Sterling, VA, this full-time role reports to the FSQA Director and oversees QA personnel while driving continuous improvement and audits.
Responsibilities include SOP development, batch release oversight, calibration support, CAPA, supplier and internal audits (USDA, FDA, GFSI/BRC), and maintaining HACCP documentation and records.
