Food Service Worker

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full‑time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at United Clubs – Washington Dulles Airport (2332, Sterling, VA 20166). Fixed pay rate is $23.50 per hour with an internal employee referral bonus available. The schedule is full‑time with flexible days and hours; details will be provided during the interview. Prior experience in food service is preferred. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are available at select locations.

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
