Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team, ensure excellent customer experiences, meet sales goals, and maintain store operations and safety standards.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and provide unforgettable customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, meet sales goals, control expenses, and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets.
• Maintain the store's appearance and environment.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and developing others.
• Must be 18 or older.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work around chemicals and moving parts.
