Merchandiser Order Writer – Full‑Time

A frontline force for retail excellence, responsible for bringing iconic snack brands to life in store through stocking, displays, and customer service.

• Represent Mondelēz in‑store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brand.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence
  , capturing display photos via the Digital Merchandising Initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product using iPad and Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with Retail Territory Manager (RTM) negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales
  , new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant by handling lifting, bending, and moving product responsibly.

• Time & Task Management – organized and consistent in following daily schedules.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Personal vehicle with valid insurance to travel to stores; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of Sterling, VA (primary location) or Ashburn, VA (secondary).
• Schedule availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Hourly compensation range: $19.00 – $21.00 based on experience.
