Key People Processes:
- Assists with hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates.
- Supports engagement culture through recognition, communication, and approachability.
Schedules:
- People Works maintained and up to date with current associate availability, job codes, etc.
- Creates and posts approved schedules on time, meeting schedule accuracy requirements.
Monitors and Manages Key Store Operational Processes:
- FAST Forward / CPR.
- Markdowns.
- STEP Performance.
- Fitting Room/SSFR.
- Cash Office.
Manage All Aspects of the Back Office and Breakroom:
Communication boards set to planogram and routinely updated. Back office filing and organization. Breakroom cleanliness and locker program. Supply ordering.
