Overview

The role of Specialist – Off Field Operations focuses on driving inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and operational execution to keep the store consistently athlete‑ready.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs, creating a world‑class experience, and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject‑matter expert in their area of the store), focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset, ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and more.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private‑label credit‑card enrollment, etc.).
• Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect, adhering to established safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as external laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $15.50–$23.50 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
