Retail Promotions Specialist

ARS-Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Retail Promotions Specialist to drive in-store lead generation. In this role, you'll engage shoppers at retail and event locations, explain promotions, and schedule in-home consultations. You'll set up branded displays, track leads, and partner with service teams to convert interest into appointments. Responsibilities

• Promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residential customers at retail and event locations
• Engage shoppers, explain promotions, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Set up, staff, and break down in-store booths and event displays following brand and safety standards
• Track leads, complete basic paperwork, and accurately enter customer information into company systems
• Collaborate with local service center teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead, appointment, and conversion goals
• Maintain deep knowledge of current promotions, financing offers, and core service offerings
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter professionally, modeling safety-first and customer-focused behaviors
• Assist with local marketing campaigns, events, and special retail initiatives as needed
• Provide feedback from customers and stores to improve promotions and retail strategies
