Seasonal Truck Unloader

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring Seasonal Truck Unloaders to support our busy retail operations. In this role, you'll safely unload inbound trucks, break down pallets, and sort cartons for efficient processing. You will move freight to designated areas, help stock and organize the backroom, and support quick replenishment to the sales floor. Seasonal Truck Unloaders follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, use basic equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners, and work closely with store teams to meet delivery timelines and merchandise standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload inbound trucks and trailers according to company standards
• Sort, scan, and label cartons for efficient processing and tracking
• Break down pallets and move freight to designated stockroom or staging areas
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe backroom and receiving area
• Support timely replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor
• Follow all safety, lifting, and loss-prevention procedures
• Operate basic material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks (after training)
• Work closely with store and stock teams to meet delivery timelines
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment
• Assist with general stock, clean-up, and other tasks as assigned
