This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Sterling, VA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and meeting assigned sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, developing customized solutions for moving and storage needs, preparing estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the team to improve sales techniques and achieve organizational goals.

Experience in either the moving & Storage industry or an industry parallel, with a proven track record and customer following:

• Commercial would-be facility managers, office managers, building owners or managers. Data Center clients also qualify.
• Residential would-be realtors, brokers, residential property managers and building managers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
• Proven sales and sales management experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the moving, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus
