Inside Sales Representative

Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a proven track record of transforming connections into strategic business opportunities? Haz Tek is looking for a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative who loves engaging with customers, creating opportunities, and playing a key role in company growth. In this role, you will help fuel Haz Tek’s expansion by finding new customers and strengthening existing relationships, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team, and leverage marketing initiatives and industry insights to position Haz Tek as a trusted leader in safety services.
- Strategically map and engage key industry decision makers to identify and cultivate high-potential business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Engage prospective and current clients through consistent outreach.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop tailored strategies.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Convert inbound prospect calls.
- Communicate Haz Tek’s services, pricing, and value.
- Qualify leads and set appointments.
- Follow up on promotions and initiatives.
- Log customer information in CRM.
- Prepare proposals.
- Stay informed on industry developments.
- Support tradeshow efforts.
- Support broader sales goals.
REQUIRED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of proven customer-facing experience in B2B sales or client relationship management, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
- 3+ years sales experience.
- Experience with prospecting, appointment setting, CRM systems, and sales techniques.
PREFERRED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience generating new business, managing a client book, construction industry experience, and safety industry knowledge.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to qualify opportunities and build rapport.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong multitasking and organization.
- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and resilience in dynamic sales environments.
- Works independently and as part of a team.
- Availability Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, occasional after-hours needs.
