Everyone deserves a bathroom they love. As a Design Consultant, you can turn customers’ dreams into reality by helping them create the perfect bathroom.

• Utilize sales skills on qualified appointments.
• Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes.
• Determine their design needs.
• Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution.
• Close sales.
• Utilize project and design skills on qualified appointments.
• Conduct job site measuring.
• Photograph spaces appropriately.
• Create designs with customers.
• Select appropriate products.
• Correctly calculate costs of projects.
• Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources.

• One Call Closer experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in‑home sales experience a plus.
• Home improvement related sales experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Coachable mindset.
• Competitive by nature.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
• Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs.
• Independent, self‑motivated, disciplined, high achiever.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $ - $ per year.

Bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, training & development.

Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
