Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter and think "outside the box" type of person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. • Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills
• Experience selling memberships
• Supervisory experience
• Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk
• Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Proven record of sales success in a membership based business
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
