Sr. Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional to serve as the front‑line contact for our customers. Responsibilities include supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, maintaining strong administrative skills, delivering customer satisfaction, and assisting with logistics of dispatch and training other team members.

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4‑year degree plus 1 year of equipment rental industry experience preferred

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
