Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the sales support function and optimize day‑to‑day sales operations. This role is responsible for managing a team, overseeing pricing administration, customer data management, reporting, and collaborating with cross‑functional departments to ensure efficient sales processes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Operations & Process Management
- Manage pricing setup, maintenance, and contract administration processes.
- Maintain customer pricing structures, classifications, and sales‑related data within CRM and ERP systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to support pricing and product positioning strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to support management decision‑making.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Product Development teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Resolve operational issues impacting sales support activities.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Sales Support team.
- Manage workloads, schedules, and team priorities.
- Establish performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Train employees on company policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Promote a collaborative, customer‑focused work environment.
- Communication
- Support multiple sales teams by coordinating sales support activities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide operational updates to leadership.
- Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a related role. - Experience:
1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing a sales support team. - Experience:
Supporting multiple sales channels and customer‑facing teams. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. - Technical

Experience with CRM and ERP systems. - Technical
