Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of luxury residential clients, ensuring complete satisfaction and rapid response to ongoing maintenance inquiries.
- Manage and renew annual landscape maintenance contracts while actively identifying opportunities for property enhancements, seasonal color programs, and specialized care plans.
- Collaborate closely with landscape architects, masonry experts, and installation crews to ensure a seamless transition from the initial construction phase to long-term property maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health, turf conditions, hardscaping, and overall property aesthetics, addressing any issues proactively.
- Prepare, present, and close enhancement proposals and service estimates for existing clients.
- Coordinate scheduling and quality control with field supervisors and maintenance crews to guarantee all work meets rigorous luxury standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on industry experience).
- Proven experience in landscape account management, specifically tailored to the luxury residential or high‑end commercial market.
- Strong botanical knowledge, including regional plant identification, pest management, turf care, and best practices in landscape preservation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with discerning clients.
- Proficiency in landscape management software, CRM platforms, and standard estimating tools.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to conduct frequent local site visits throughout the Washington, DC metro area.
- Base salary starting at $90,000 commensurate with experience
