Closets Pro DMV is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Measurement Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will meet with clients, take accurate measurements of their spaces, discuss their custom closet needs, and help convert consultations into sales.

• Visit clients' homes to take accurate measurements of closets and other spaces.
• Meet with clients and understand their storage and organization needs.
• Present and explain our custom closet solutions.
• Help clients select materials, colors, and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the consultation process.
• Follow up with potential clients and help convert consultations into sales.
• Communicate measurements and project details accurately to our design and production team.
• Represent Closets Pro DMV professionally during client appointments.

This position offers hourly pay for consultation and measurement appointments
, with additional sales compensation/commission opportunities based on successful sales.

• Experience in sales, customer service, home improvement, interior design, or custom closets is preferred.
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients.
• Ability to take accurate measurements.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client appointments.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
