As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to requests with professional communication and customer service.

You will document observations, support access control, and partner with site personnel as part of a caring culture that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in teamwork and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or emergency services as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Control access at designated entry points by observing for unusual behavior, confirming visitor purpose, and directing employees, visitors, and vendors according to site procedures.

+ Complete required reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers and/or as requested by Allied Universal supervision.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
