As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flow. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and respond to situations with professionalism and care.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter access points, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, disorderly conduct and/or medical situations, and notify appropriate internal contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.

+ Monitor entrances, lobbies and other key areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and support visitor management and/or employee access processes per site-specific policy.

+ Complete timely security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and assist with coordinating responses to security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED as required by the client.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
