** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies at a utility location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry where required, and document deliveries, contractors, and service vendors per site requirements.

+ Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

+ Complete detailed reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations to supervisors and site stakeholders during shift transitions.

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.

+ Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
