Security Officer -Dispatch Center

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Operate the dispatch post by monitoring alarms, CCTV systems, and/or other electronic monitoring platforms; receive calls for service and route requests to on-site personnel per site procedures.;
Coordinate communications using radio, phone, and/or other dispatch tools; relay clear instructions and updates to officers, site contacts, and/or responding public services as needed.;
Create and maintain accurate incident reports, dispatch logs, key and badge activity records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including triaging events, gathering details, and coordinating next steps with site leadership.
