Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour

03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'):
You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. - Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and communication practices appropriate to a technology-focused location.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, phones, radios, and other dispatch systems, and communicate security-related concerns, incidents, and service needs to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate security-related response activities with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal personnel.
- Maintain detailed logs, activity reports, and dispatch records, documenting calls for service, unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or incident information according to site expectations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to identify and report suspicious activity, access issues, and other security-related concerns.
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
