Security Flex Officer Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering details and relaying information to onsite personnel, first responders, and/or management as needed;
Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarm activity, and other security-related platforms to help identify unusual activity and support timely dispatch decisions;
Document calls for service, incident details, access activity, and shift updates in logs and reporting systems with clear and professional written communication;
Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch requests, prioritize multiple events, and help support continuity of operations across the location and surrounding perimeter as needed
