Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report observations, concerns, and/or maintenance issues to site contacts;
Support emergency response activities and assist with documentation of incidents, daily activity, and/or notable events in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site expectations
